Wire Drawing

We utilize large-scale, advanced wire drawing equipment and strictly control the production process to ensure that every drawn yarn meets high-quality standards and is stable and reliable, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes.

Circular Weaving

With sophisticated circular weaving technology, we can flexibly weave a variety of roll sizes ranging from 160cm to 240cm to meet the diverse needs of different customers. 

Slings

Our ton bag slings are standardly 7cm wide and available in weights of 35g, 40g, 45g, and 50g to suit different load requirements.

Inventory

We maintain a regular inventory of 300,000 pieces in various specifications and a comprehensive process, enabling us to quickly respond to your urgent needs. We can also custom-manufacture to your individual requirements to ensure timely delivery. 

Strap Tension Test

Rigorous testing has proven our straps' excellent tensile strength: 35g straps achieve a tensile strength of 12,000N, 40g straps reach 14,000N, and 45g straps reach 16,000N. These performance levels far exceed national standards, effectively ensuring the safety and quality of our ton bags.
