Analysis of White PP Woven Sacks/Bags
2026-01-18
I. Technical Principles and Structural Composition
White Polypropylene Woven bags are made from plastic pellets, which are melted and extruded into flat filaments, then woven into a mesh base material by a weaving machine. Subsequently, they are compounded with PE film to enhance sealing and tear resistance.

There are two structural types: single-layer woven fabric and composite film. The single-layer woven fabric has strong air permeability, suitable for packaging granular materials. The composite film type adds a moisture-proof layer through a hot-pressing process, commonly used for packaging precision equipment or food. The material itself is non-toxic and odorless, complying with environmental standards and recyclable.
II. Core Functions and Application Scenarios
The load-bearing range of such Woven Bags is 2-100 kilograms, covering packaging needs from lightweight documents to heavy industrial parts.
Typical applications include: wrapping and protecting wires and cables to prevent scratches during transportation; dust-proof packaging for building materials such as cement and sand; bundling and fixing long-shaped goods (such as pipes and profiles) in logistics; and packaging goods on cross-border e-commerce platforms (meeting the standards of platforms like eBay and Amazon).
Their white appearance facilitates printing logos, but most products are basic models without printing, allowing users to label or spray code independently.

III. Usage Methods and Precautions
When in use, select the corresponding load-bearing specification according to the weight of the materials to avoid damage caused by overloading. The packaging method is mainly manual bundling or mechanical winding; the non-self-sealing design needs to be sealed with cable ties or adhesive tape.
During storage, avoid sharp objects and long-term exposure to sunlight to prevent material aging. For export scenarios, it is necessary to confirm the environmental protection regulations of the target market (such as the EU REACH standard). This product has passed basic testing and can meet most cross-border transportation requirements.
