The Production Process of Plastic Woven Bag
2025-12-17
The production process of plastic Woven Bags is not complicated, mainly using polypropylene or recycled polypropylene as raw materials, and the finished products can be delivered to customers after inspection through multiple processes such as raw material proportioning, mixing, wire drawing, flat filament processing, weaving, printing and cutting, and sewing. The production of plastic Woven Bags requires production equipment such as drying mixers, wire drawing machines, winding machines, circular weaving machines, bag cutting machines, and sewing machines. The specific production process is as follows:
- Raw Material Proportioning According to the customer's requirements, different raw material ratios are used. Generally, the amount of recycled materials should not exceed 30%-40%, and the amount of filling masterbatch added is preferably 10-15%.
- Mixing Process When mixing new and old raw materials, special attention should be paid to the uniformity of mixing. Try to select raw materials with similar melt indexes for mixing, so as to avoid uneven plasticization at the same time during the plasticization and extrusion process, which will affect stretching.

- Wire Drawing Process After the raw materials enter the extruder, they are heated by the barrel and sheared by the screw and the barrel. In a nearly fully plasticized state, they become molten, are extruded into a film through the die head for forming, are cooled, and then cut into embryo filaments by a blade. The wire drawing process is a key link in the production of plastic Woven Bags.
- Flat Filament Process The embryo filaments are stretched into flat filaments through an oven, heat-set, shrunk at a low traction speed, treated at a low temperature, and then wound and formed by a winding system.
- Weaving Process The weaving process is the process of weaving warp and weft yarns into cloth by a circular weaving machine using rolled flat filaments. The specific process is: hanging yarn → threading yarn → starting the machine → lifting → winding → unloading the roll.
- Printing and Cutting Process The qualified woven cloth produced is printed with product-related information by a printing machine, and then the woven cloth is cut into the size required by the customer by a bag cutting machine.
- Sewing Process The cut woven cloth is made into plastic Woven Bags by a sewing machine. Attention should be paid to the type and model of the sewing thread, the stitch size, the stitch, the size from the rolled or folded edge sewing thread to the edge of the bag, and the cutting method.
After these processes, the finished plastic Woven Bags can be put on the market for sale after inspection. In the production process of plastic Woven Bags, raw material proportioning is the basis for ensuring product qualification, wire drawing is a key link, and weaving, printing and sewing are the guarantee for the appearance of the product.
