The bag must be made of suitable plastic elastic bands or monofilament weave. The strength of the material and the bag's construction must be appropriate for its capacity and intended use.
Fabric Construction: If the fabric is plain woven, the bottom and one side of the bag must be closed by sewing or other methods. If it is tubular woven, the bag must be closed by sewing, weaving, or other methods that achieve the same strength.
5H2 Leak-proof bag: Must be leak-proof; paper or plastic film can be pasted inside the bag, or a lining can be added.
5H3 Waterproof bag: Must be waterproof to prevent moisture ingress.
